As the weather turns colder please remember that your child will be outside at playtime and lunchtime whenever possible and will need to be wrapped up warm in gloves, hats and scarf which will allow them to enjoy the winter weather.
In the event of snow please make sure children wear wellies and bring a spare pair of socks in in case of cold wet feet.
We will always do everything possible to keep school open and running in the event of severe weather conditions.
If there is heavy snow or severe weather, please check the school website for information.
In the event of an emergency school closure the website will be updated and parents will be informed via the school text system.
Please avoid unnecessary phone calls to school as a high volume of calls can be a challenge for our school office; if there is no update on the website and no text message the school will be open as expected.
