Week 2
Wow, what a busy week we have had in year 1!
We started our new computing unit which is based on using technology to create a digital book about minibeasts. The children have really enjoyed using the i-pads this week to design their front cover and record a minibeast fact.
In science, we started our learning on the 5 animal groups by focussing on birds. The children used images to identify the common features of birds and then we explored the school grounds to see how many birds we could spot and identify!
