Week 5
This week, in French, the children watched some videos of French children reacting to different foods. They had to look for clues to work out what they might be saying. The children then worked in partners to use the French vocabulary we had learnt to respond to different types of food that their partner offered them.

In Maths, we focussed on using part-whole models to describe numbers. The children enjoyed using conkers, beads, cubes and bears to create their part-whole models and were brilliant at using the sentence stems to describe them. Super work year 1!
