LEGO LEARNING!!!
The Lego learning days have got off to an amazing start this morning - Lakes have been the first house to build a Lego city in the hall and photographs will follow soon...
The Lego Learning days are all about developing key aspects of the RESPECT code and the Personal Development Goals. Children are having an absolutely wonderful time with the Lego and are enjoying the joy and creativity of 'building without instructions'. Whilst doing this they are also developing problems solving skills and reflecting on perseverance, and resilience.
The other 3 houses have also been working on Lego Learning themed activities which are designed to deepen their understanding of the "Equality", "Working Together" and "Relationships" aspects of the RESPECT code.
