Our PE days are Mondays and Wednesdays. Please ensure that you are wearing your school PE uniform, have long hair tied up and earrings either removed or covered with a plaster.


Monday: This will be OUTDOORS and will be focused on the SPIRAL PE Curriculum which is a skills-based curriculum.


Wednesday: Spiral PE - Gymnastics - this will be INDOORS


  • hold a strong body position for 1 minute, parallel to the floor, feet together, with one arm stretched upwards
  • strength: improve my ability to be still in a position with tension in my body.
  • Consolidation of balances, transitions and jumps.
  • select and lead a short gymnastics performance routine using balances, transitions, jumps.
  • Improve my leadership skills whilst part of a gymnastics team (negotiation).
