Week 1
This week, in science, we completed our learning on animals by learning about carnivores, herbivores and omnivores. The children enjoyed becoming 'poo detectives' and analysing 3 samples of 'poo' to investigate what the animal had eaten and which animal it might belong to.
"I can see feathers so I think it has eaten a bird. I think it is a carnivore."
"This one has got grass and bits of berries in it. I think it is a herbivore."
" I can see both in this one so it must be an omnivore because they eat everything."
We are very lucky to have a dance coach with us for PE this half term. The children all really enjoyed their first dance session today - check out some of their street dance moves below!
