Week 4
Thank you to everyone who came to our class church service this week. The children were impeccably behaved, sang beautifully and read confidently; we were so proud of them!
We have had some brilliant DT lessons this week! The children closely followed their designs to make their final moving pages. We were so impressed by the amount of care the children took when colouring and cutting! They reflected and evaluated as they were making and thought of things they could improve along the way.
Ava - I can stick this side of my house down so the Gingerbread Man doesn’t fall out.
Austin - This stick is too short to work properly.
Felix - If you glue all the way along then the mechanism won’t work because he can’t move.
Orla - I might add a mechanism to make my sun spin round.
The children are very proud of their finished products and are looking forward to bringing them home next week after we have evaluated them.
